The concept of Service in SEASTEMA is developed taking into account the needs of the client to simplify and facilitate the tasks of the crew and to minimize the maintenance costs during the life- cycle. SEASTEMA support, with a team of specialists available for rapid diagnostic and problem solving by phone or email, will be activated when requested by the local partner or even directly by the customer, with priorities depending on the intervention criticality.

In case of need, a team of service engineers is committed to organize the intervention on board in the shortest possible time. SEASTEMA, as supplier for an end user in a new Country, offers an in house dedicated organization able to answer to any request of support coming from all over the world.
